Mayhem is a beautiful, sweet, powerhouse of a little dog. She was born from Pepper’s last litter and although I didn’t initially plan to keep a puppy, a just had this feeling that I should and this one little puppy made the case for staying with her joyful nature, beautiful structure and mischievous twinkle in her eye!

Originally the plan was for Mayhem to be co-owned, and live with, a dear friend of mine, but as it worked out, she is still here at Eromit Acres. Last winter, Mayhem learned about the joys of dogsledding and earned her place on our competition team. In the spring, she learned about shed antler hunting and showed her excellent nose on a few hunts. During the summer of 2023, Mayhem began competing in dock diving. She is patient on the dock with explosive acceleration and pop reminiscent of her grandma Shelby and I feel like she has the potential to become the next big jumping Eromit star! When she’s not busy training in sports or playing frisbee, Mayhem enjoys being a ‘farm dog’. She likes to hang out in the yard, relax and enjoy time with her family. The contrast between the high drive she displays when training/competing and her chill good nature otherwise is very strong, and is exactly what I love about this family of dogs.

Mayhem has siblings that are excelling in training for all sorts of things from tracking and search and rescue to obedience, agility, and dock diving. They are all very recognizable with beautiful functional structure, absolutely stunning heads and facial expressions, and their infectious enjoyment of all things fun!

Mayhem’s first litter was born in 2023 and are growing in to wonderful sporty little dogs with many of Mayhem’s qualities showing through already.
